Hull's lineout losses on their own throw and an inability to retain possession when in good positions proved costly against a well-drilled Tynedale side.
Tynedale opened the scoring when winger went over in the 11th minute.
Hull had to wait until midway through the half to make an impact with Dean getting them off the mark with a penalty after 25 minutes.
It took ten minutes for Tynedale to score again as winger Beaty went in under the posts for a try converted by Leslie to see his side 12-3 ahead.
More Tynedale pressure ended in Tynedale getting a late unconverted try to give his side a comfortable 17-3 led at the break.
At the start of the second period Tynedale increased their lead with a second try for Beaty.
After 65 minutes Tynedale scored another unconverted try through Leslie to go 27-3 ahead.
In a late flurry Hull scored a good try from deep through Hall and converted by Dean.
However it was the visitors who had the last word when Hull ere pressing but another dropped ball saw Tynedale race away, with Frankland getting the final pass and Leslie adding the conversion to see his side home and dry.
