Report taken from "The Rugby Paper":-

Sheffield pulled away from a dogged Tynedale side to record a bonus-point victory after key second-half interventions from Jason Hignell and Callum Posa, who were left out of the starting side.
Coach Anthony Posa rotated his side on a heavy pitch in South Yorkshire, but Tynedale were the the more clinical side in the first half, scoring the same amount of tries in three visits to the opposition 22 as Sheffield did in seven.
But trailing 14-12 at the break, Sheffield shifted up a gear in the second half to get back on track after a difficult defeat to Rotherham dented their National League 2 North hopes.
Meanwhile Tynedale came away empty-handed despite stand-out performances, particularly across the back line, though the streaky nature of mid-table battles means they remain within range of fourth placed Wharfedale ahead of their visit there next week.
The hosts struck first when they pushed Tynedale off their own scrum five metres out, allowing Rob Burrows to touch down, with Dominic Parsons also crossing in the first half on the back of a rolling maul.
They just couldn't create any separation, with the visitors hitting back on both occasions through James Telford and William Nankivell - and Josh Leslie's extras proving the difference on a rare off-day from the tee for Elliot Fisher.
However Hignell and Posa's arrival coincided with a tactical shift, as Sheffield trusted their big ball carriers and took a lead for a third time when Burrows got his second score in the corner from a multi-phase move. More importantly Sheffield got the consecutive scores they craved when Archie Crapper touched down five minutes later from a pick-and-go carry as the hosts' attritional play started to create gaps in Tynedale's defence.
And despite Joe Tully's try giving them hope with 20 minutes left, Reece Bartlett iced the game profiting from yet another dominant maul.

"I'm really happy because we've progressed so much as a team this year and it's yet another game that we probably would've lost last year. Sheffield head coach Posa said " we changed a couple of guys at half-time and went more towards another game plan."
"It sounds really bad because one's my son! But the guys really made a difference when they came on, we started moving the ball and stressing Tynedale a lot more. Its testament to how far we've come over the past few seasons."
"It's a mark of where we've come that we've come away really disappointed" added Tynedale head coach Ben Woods.
