Tynedale RFC - Touch & Beach Rugby
Beach Rugby Tournament
On Sunday 1st August 2010 Tynedale will take a number of teams
down to Tynemouth Longsands for the annual 'Falcons Beach Rugby
tournament'. The event runs from mid-morning to late afternoon and
attracts around thirty teams. This is a great day out and an
opportunity for Tynedale young and old to enjoy a few beers and BBQ
on the beach.

- After taking three teams to the event last summer, Richie
Gledson is organising a coach which will leave Hexham around
9.30am and call at Corbridge, Stocksfield and Prudhoe - returning
from the coast at around 4pm. If you'd like to join one of the
teams or form your own Tynedale team (squad of ten, need a minimum
of two girls on the pitch at any one time), please let contact
Andrew Burns.

- There is a £50 entry fee per squad of ten and the coach
should come in at around £7 to £10 per head.

Play at Tynedale Park
- We also play every Monday night at Tynedale Park from 6.30pm
to around 8pm - usually with around twenty or so playing. We'd be
happy to see more Tynedale attending so any Colts, Panthers and
present and past(it) players are more than welcome!
