Clubman of the Week - Sunday 2nd November
For the past couple of seasons our Director of Rugby, Peter Southern, and his “committee” have selected a 'Clubman of the Week' from nominations received from players and support staff.
This week winner is IAN HILES

This weeks award citation from Peter:-
"The start of the darker evenings brings back our very own Clubman of the Week. It’s been fantastic reading your nominations about people in the club, all doing fantastic work to make it a better place for all.

This week, we certainly have a tireless worker within the club. This clubman doesn’t know when to have a day off. If he’s not chasing players, he’s prepping changing rooms, buying beers and sweets for the lads post game, or making a 50 mile round trip to make sure he has the VEO charged up and ready for the game.
We are consistently getting 4 senior sides out and this clubman is at the heart of this, making sure all players, young and old, are made to feel welcome within whichever team they are playing in.
I’ve only just touched the surface of what this clubman actually does, and the club is certainly in a better place because of him.
