Clubman of the Week - Sunday 16th November
For the past couple of seasons our Director of Rugby, Peter Southern, and his “committee” have selected a 'Clubman of the Week' from nominations received from players and support staff.
This week winner is JAKE TURMBULL

This weeks award citation from Peter:-
"Many thanks for the nominations again. It’s been a pleasure reading who you think deserves this week's award.
Due to an injury sustained at the end of last season, this week's winner has had to spectating from the stands. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he’s playing a massive part off the field instead.

He takes a lead on all the rugby related social media, interviews, videos and news stories for the club, liaising with all team leaders in Colts, Girls & Senior sections to provide them all with a platform.

He’s had a huge influence on raising the profile and impact of the club and the number of sponsors which has lead to increased exposure.

The team sheets alone take a lot of time and ten weeks in, he’s not missed a trick.
Since the onset of the new team on the media and promo in the summer, this clubman has shown dedication and commitment, all whilst being injured. His will to stay involved and do his bit is commendable and he’s gone above and beyond already.
So let’s celebrate this clubman this week"
