800 MILES
450 CYCLISTS
4 NATIONS
ONE RIDE FOR MND RESEARCH
Tynedale RFC are proud to be the first stop on Doddie’s Triple Crown Bike Ride on Tueasday 10 March.
We’re opening our doors to welcome the 450 cyclists as they arrive from 10am on Day One of their incredible 800-mile journey for MND research.
Doddie’s Triple Crown is the 2026 edition of Rob Wainwright and Mark Beaumont’s epic annual cycling challenge to raise funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
Off the back of Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025 raising over £1 million for MND research, Rob, Mark and crew are back with this new challenge.
Teams will cover 800 miles over four days (10-13 March), arriving in Dublin just in time for Scotland vs Ireland at the Aviva Stadium.
The circuitous route is set as follows:
Day 1: Melrose to Leeds
Day 2: Leeds to Gloucester
Day 3: Gloucester to Pembroke (overnight ferry to Ireland)
Day 4: Rosslare to Dublin
If you’re able, come and say hello – it’s a great opportunity to meet these riders and support an important cause.
