ALL Adult players must renew their player registration prior to playing rugby in the 2026-27 season.

Player Registrations are managed on the RFU’s Game Management system (GMS).

STEP 1 - LOAD GMS

STEP 2 - LOGIN TO GMS
Log in (top right) - Do NOT select "Create New Account" unless you are 100% certain you do not already have a GMS account.

All players should already have a GMS account with an associated email address and password. Login to GMS using this email address and password.

If you do not know your email address used to set up your GMS account ask your Club Registrar (Rob Macfarlane) who will find out for you. robert.macfarlane@tynedalerfc.co.uk

If you do not know your password then enter your email address and select "Forgot Password?". You should receive an email containing a link to change your password. (please check Spam/Junk folders) You should then be able to log-in using your email address and the new password.

STEP 3 - COMPLETE REGISTRATION
Click 'Renew Registration' 

Ensure the following details are completed and up to date:-
• Format of Rugby (Contact, Non-Contact or Both)
• Player Position
• Medical Notes
• Emergency Contact Details
• Optional Waivers
• Email Address List
• Phone List
• Addresses
• Education (if under 26)
Click ‘’submit registration form’ on the top right or bottom of the page to submit your Club Registration form.
