The senior section of the club have embarked on a short tour of Amsterdam following a break of many years from the touring circuit.
The 25-man touring party sailed from South Shields on Thursday 30th May at around tea time and are due back at some stage on Sunday 2nd June.
The squad was made up of players from all parts of the Senior section from current 1stXV players to some very experienced Veteran players. (plus of course 2 or 3 non-playing tour guides).
Details of matches played and how the matches went are very sketchy but the lads have had a really tremendous time.
