TYNEDALE YOUTH FESTIVAL 2026

Wallace Cousin22 Apr - 05:32

SUNDAY 26TH APRIL (10.30am)

This Sunday, we’re excited to host the Tynedale RFC Mini Rugby Festival once again.

With U10, U11 and U12 teams attending from across England and Scotland, it’s always a standout day in the calendar.
The younger age groups play mixed rugby, while the U12s feature both boys’ and girls’ competitions, showcasing the strength of mini rugby across the region.

It promises to be a great day at the club!

We’re grateful for the support of Killingworth-based Faulkner Browns as principal sponsor ?
Action gets underway at 10:30am at Tynedale Pak, Corbridge.

Killingworth-based architect practice FaulknerBrowns is the new title sponsor of Tynedale RFC's Youth Rugby Festival, taking place on Sunday 26 April 2026.

The festival welcomes U10, U11 and U12 teams from across the North of England and Scotland in a celebration of youth rugby. Having grown significantly in recent seasons, it's become a destination event, with many teams choosing to compete at Tynedale RFC as part of their end-of-season tours.

As part of the partnership, FaulknerBrowns' branding will feature across event signage, the Selfie-Board, and on stressballs given to all participants.

FaulknerBrowns' connection to Tynedale runs deep. They designed our current clubhouse in the 1970s, and partner Paul Rigby played full-back for the club in the 1990s & 2000s.

"This festival celebrates the dedication and hard work of players, volunteers, families and supporters," said Paul Rigby. "FaulknerBrowns is proud to support it, and we're grateful to the volunteers whose tireless effort makes the day possible."

Founded in 1962, FaulknerBrowns specialise in community, commercial, residential and sports-led architecture, with several nationally significant buildings in their portfolio.
