Report taken from "The Rugby Paper":-

Sheffield's head coach Anthony Posa pored praise on his "special group" as they put a nervy first-half behind them to stay on course for a historic first league title.
Going in at the break with a narrow five point advantage, Posa's side emerged to dominate the second period.
Tries from Jack Dawson and Llew Smith, in the final quarter, further ensured that the South Yorkshire side remain unbeaten.
"Sheffield have never won a league in their history and i think we are one win away from clinching it" Posa said, after the victory.
"We have a tough game against Macclesfield next week, and if we win that, I think we are champions.
"Its incredible that three years ago we were favourites for relegation. This group are special".

The home side took the lead early on, with Felix Crapper forcing a turnover on his own 22 and breaking to half-way. A neat offload to George Castledine then saw him scamper over the whitewash.
The visitors levelled as Will Miller broke through a series of tackles to force his way over. A brash yellow card for Miller saw the hosts immediately capitalise however with quick hands allowing William Smith to ease over.
Smith would then turn provider, after a swift counter provided space for scrum-half Elliott Fisher to cross the line unopposed.
Just before the break Tyne narrowed the gap to 19-14 when a pin-point cross-field kick from Jake Rodgers was collected by Will Roberts for the score.

After thr restart the home side began to assert their authority and finally converted pressure into points with 12 minutes remaining. Sustained attacks allowed Dawson to find a gap for the bonus-point try.
Llew Smith made sure of what was now more and more inevitable with a fifth try on the back of a well-worked move which moved the score to 31-14.
Then in added time Dan Baines narrowed the deficit with a rare incursion into Sheffield's defensive territory.

Reflecting on the win, with the crucial points in the bag, Posa was keen to put praise on the visitors - who made life persistently difficult. "Credit to Tynedale, they are a quality team", he added, "We gave them a sniff in the first half and they took full advantage."
"We addressed our lack of accuracy at half-time and our main target was to control the ball as much as possible.
"As a result they only had two entries into our 22 and scored once. The control we achieved in that third quarter was key for us".
