Current Match Programme
The present-day 1stXV match programme is an expertly constructed 32-page glossy booklet crammed with match-day related information, general club news, photos, details of upcoming events, the occasional interesting anecdote as well as a sprinkling of well presented advertisements.

The popularity of the current programme can perhaps be best gauged by how few are left lying around the place after the match has ended. Presumably spectators head for home clutching their valuable booklet maybe for some later bedtime reading or perhaps for safe storage somewhere in memory of yet another excellent day out at Tynedale Park.

Match Programmes over the years
It’s not sure when match programmes were first introduced at Tynedale but we do have programmes going back 75 years.

The programmes we do have take a variety of shapes and sizes but they all help illustrate parts of Tynedale RFC’s, and rugby’s, rich history whilst the adverts within the programmes provide an interesting reflection on local social history over the past 75 years.
The programmes will also evoke nostalgic memories for many.
