Tynedale Centurions have their first match of the new season at Ponteland this Saturday (14th September).
As ever, we are looking to recruit players old and new for the Club's third selected side, ran primarily on a social basis but offering a good standard of rugby for both young and old. The side is on an upward spiral, having reached two Cup Finals last season, and competing in the County River Aln League.
This year we will again be playing league rugby , we have entered two cup competitions and we will be looking to fit in a few "friendly" fixtures.

Training is optional for Centuruins players but rugby at Tynedale is totally 'inclusive' and any Centuriion wishing to train on a Tuesday and/or Thursday evening (7pm) with the 1stXV and Raiders players will be made more than welcome.
Players showing potential will be offered the opportunity to play at a higher level with the possibility of joining the successful Raiders squad or even playing National League rugby with the 1st XV. Several of the current 1stXV squad did in fact begin their Tynedale playing career playing for the Centurions.
