TYNEDALE RAIDERS are the club's male 2nd XV, competing for the first time this season in the RFU League Structure - playing in North East Counties One (Level 7)

Raiders have a full fixture list and are committed to playing an open and exciting brand of rugby that helps to develop players in support of the club's 1st XV. New (and old) players are always welcome and the club supports England Rugby's Game On! initiative to get rugby played every week.

Captained by centre Leon Turnbull , and steered by Team Manager Ian Hiles, Raiders train with the club's 1st XV every Tuesday and Thursday at Tynedale Park, from 7pm until 8:30 pm, under the club's highly talented & experienced coaching team. Players of any age and ability who are interested in joining the squad are encouraged to contact Ian at any time, or simply turn up for training where you will be made very welcome!
